What time is check in and what time is check out?
Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.

What is your cancellation policy?
For most reservations, our Standard Policy permits cancellations without penalty until 48 hours prior to 3 p.m. of the scheduled arrival day. Cancellations that occur after that time will be charged one night’s room and tax. Please note, however, that there may be stricter cancellation rules for special events. Please refer to your reservation details or call the hotel with any cancellation-related questions. Changes to reservations are considered cancellations and re-booking.

What is your guarantee policy?
Reservations must be guaranteed by valid credit card.

What is your pet policy?
Colgate Inn offers a limited number of pet-friendly rooms for our guests, for an additional $100 per animal per stay. You must call the hotel directly to make a reservation for a pet-friendly room.
